Anatomist Pulls Splinter

Anatomist Pulls Splinter	Of Flesh and Faith DLC	110
Anatomist解剖学者 Random Brother	An Anatomist解剖学者 pulls a splinter out of a random brother who gains +1.
You must have at least 1 non Anatomist解剖学者 Score = 3 for every Anatomist解剖学者 [Bugged]: the game is supposed to exclude a bright聪慧 Monk (Background), Historian (Background), Adventurous Noble (Background), Disowned Noble (Background), Regent in Absentia (Background) and Minstrel (Background) brothers from this event, but it doesn't due to code errors in the game event file; see the Steam forum thread.
