至少拥有2名弟兄这名弟兄使用药物至少 4 次，包括饮用药剂或喝醉。最近一次使用药物是在今天或此前 3 天内。权重 = 5 喝下从怪异古树获得的皮水囊中的水，会将药物使用次数清零，重置为 0。具有玩家角色特性的流浪骑士不参与此事件。
