Where Can They Be Found?

Can be bought at a Marketplace集市.
- Workshop工坊 substantially increases availability at adequate price.
- Surface Copper Vein露天铜矿, Surface Iron Vein露天铁矿, Blast Furnace高炉 and Ore Smelters冶炼坊 can slightly increase availability.
- Large settlements have higher availability.
Can be looted after battle.
Can be gained in Broken Cart, Broken Wagon, Broken Wagon in Swamp, Holywar Ill Southerners, Holywar Sand Storm events.
The Scavenger拾荒者 recovers some Tools and Supplies工具与修缮物资 from every armor completely destroyed by the player during battle.

Notes

One point of Tools and Supplies工具与修缮物资 is required to repair 15 points of item durability.
Items which are equipped or carried in the bag slots of the brothers are automatically repaired.
In your stash, you can mark/unmark items to be repaired with Alt+Right-Click.
Maximum carrying capacity is determined by Economic Difficulty of the game: 150 - for Veteran and Expert; 200 - for Beginner. The Quartermaster军需官 will increase carrying capacity by 50.
The Scavenger拾荒者 is capable of recovering Tools and Supplies工具与修缮物资 from every armor destroyed by the player during battle (body armor and helmets need to be completely destroyed to be salvageable).
Items are repaired at 3 points of durability per hour (tick) rate. The Blacksmith铁匠 increases repair speed by 33%. When Camped or Escorting Caravan (contract) repair rate is doubled for the the same time interval. Making a Camp comes at the expense of having less vision range and also being more visible to roaming enemies (more dangerous parties are often attracted at night).
It is also possible to preserve Tools and Supplies工具与修缮物资 by repairing damaged equipment at settlements' Weaponsmith武器匠 or Armorer制甲师, though at a higher cost (repair cost heavily depends on the item's worth value). Battle Forged久经战阵 perk can be considered as a tools-saving means to some extent.
Some amount can be lost or used in the Deserter Origin Volunteer, Thief Caught, Treasure in Rock events.
Running out of supplies will result in inability to repair weapons and armor. Weapons which lost all their durability will break in combat (and be lost forever), completely damaged armor will be useless (but can be repaired afterwards). The Blacksmith铁匠 will prevent weapons and other equipment from being lost due to complete depletion of durability.
