Equipment
- A named item:
- 25% chance of a Named Axe, Named Greatsword, Named Pollaxe, Named Mace or Named Sword.
- 25% chance of a Dragon Kite Shield, Metal Heater Shield, Golden Round Shield, Pavise Shield, Relic Heater Shield or Winged Shield.
- 25% chance of an Enhanced Coat of Plates (352-400), Plated Mail Hauberk (330-375), Golden Scale Armor (264-300) or Heraldic Mail Hauberk (231-262).
- The named armor has no attachments.
- 25% chance of a Heraldic Bascinet (308-350) (double chance) or Sallet (291-331).
- Regular items (skipped if conflicting with the named one):
- A Noble Sword贵族长剑, Warhammer破甲锤, Winged Mace翼刃钉锤 or Fighting Axe战斧.
- A Coat of Plates铁片战衣 (320), Coat of Scales重鳞甲衣 (300) or Reinforced Mail Hauberk加固长身锁甲 (210).
- The armor has a 40% (75% if the helmet is named) chance of Heraldic Shoulderguards (40) (only houses with certain banners), Metal Joint Covers金属关节护板 (30) or a Mail Patch锁甲补片 (20) on it.

Tips
- He is very hard to hit when has a shield盾牌. Your accuracy will be reduced:
- melee by 60 and ranged by 44 if he has a Heater Shield熨斗形盾 (defense values are 70 and 44).
- melee by 55 and ranged by 56 if he has a Kite Shield鸢形盾 (defense values are 60 and 63).
- Nets make him somewhat easier to hit.
- The shield can be named, giving higher bonus and you may want to loot it and not destroy.
- Use a Two-Handed Flail双手连枷, preferably with Flail Mastery连枷精通 and Head Hunter猎首者. It has bonus accuracy against shields, penetrates heavy helmets and this enemy does not have Steel Brow钢铁额骨. This way you can beat him without destroying a named shield.
- After the flail accuracy rework, your accuracy will be reduced by only 45 for Heater Shield and 41 for Kite Shield. If a net is on him, it's 13 and 14 (better shields protect him worse).
- He can spawn with a Named Greatsword, and then should be controlled with nets, stunning and disarming.
- He gains confidence if he sees his enemy die, and it increases his stats even further.
