- A Southern Helmet with Coif南方锁甲盔 (200) or Nomad Reinforced Helmet游牧民加固盔 (125) (double chance).
- If the weapon is one-handed, 66% chance of a Sipar Shield西帕尔圆盾.

Behavior
Nomad Leaders start appearing in the middle game. Late game nomad groups usually have a Leader. It's rare to see simultaneously more than one. The Leader spawns in the very back and usually does not hurry to enter battle.
They always generate with unique names.
Tips
- Can be punctured for their armor if the risk is not too high.
- Don't puncture them if they wear 125/105 set, you can get this from Nomad Outlaws游牧亡命徒.
