Brigand Marksman is a ranged enemy from the Brigands强盗 faction.
Equipment
- A Short Bow短弓 (double chance) or Light Crossbow轻弩.
- A Knife小刀.
- Leather Wraps拼皮衣 (20).
- 50% chance of a Headscarf头巾 (20) or Mouthpiece (10).
- A Short Bow短弓, Hunting Bow猎弓, Light Crossbow轻弩 or Crossbow弩.
- Has a Dagger匕首, Knife小刀, Hatchet短斧 or Bludgeon重棒.
- Has a Blotched Gambeson补缀软甲 (70), Padded Surcoat厚衬罩衣 (50), Thick Tunic厚布长衣 (35) or Leather Wraps拼皮衣 (20).
- 50% chance of a Full Leather Cap全覆皮帽 (45), Open Leather Cap敞口皮帽 (40), Hood风帽 (30), Headscarf头巾 (20) or Mouthpiece (10).

Behavior
Brigands will often have ranged superiority because of their many Marksmen, and when they do, they will just stand there and guard them and wait for you to come. It is however possible to sometimes see charging Raiders or exposed Marksmen. Being a ranged units, they can target anyone they want and prefer to shoot at shieldless units or rookies, even when they are behind an obstacle.
Tips
- Their crossbows deal armor-piercing damage, causing injuries and even instant death without defensive perks特长.
- In late game many Marksmen will hunt recruits you are trying to level-up, and are capable of killing them. Rookies should wear heavy armor护甲 to reduce damage or not be in this fight at all.
- High ground makes them more dangerous, so be careful about terrain where you fight them.
- Prefer nighttime when they are less accurate.
- Use Kite Shields and take Dodge闪避 to reduce their chance to hit.
- They can use Rotation换位 to escape melee.
- Flanking can be effective if there are too few Raiders to interfere.
- If exposed, they are a priority targets for your archers.
