步兵
步兵是贵族阵营的近战单位。
装备
- 装备阔刃刀、骑士单手剑、晨星钉锤或军用战镐。
- 装备长锁甲（150）、皮鳞甲（140，仅部分旗帜的家族使用）、锁甲衫（130）或简易锁甲衫（115）。
- 取决于所属贵族家族的旗帜：
- 一面鸢形盾或熨斗形盾。

行为
步兵是前排单位，负责保护较脆弱的钩镰枪兵和劲弩手。它们常用盾墙提高生存能力，也能与友军换位，帮助对方脱险。
技巧
- 无需优先击杀，但往往没有其他可攻击的目标。
- 它们主要依赖盾牌提供的近战防御。要稳定命中，需要较高的命中能力。
- 穿透护甲的武器能更快杀死身穿中甲的步兵。
- 破坏它们的盾牌需要时间，但不要求较高的近战命中，也不要求双手握持。
- 用远程武器攻击持熨斗形盾的步兵，用近战武器攻击持鸢形盾的步兵。
- 它们作为友军参战时，可能会用换位把你的成员换到危险的位置。
- 挑衅能阻止它们使用盾墙，强制位移则会取消已经生效的盾墙。

Hand-To-Hand Attack徒手攻击Footman is a melee unit from the Noble faction.
Equipment
- A Falchion阔刃刀, Arming Sword骑士单手剑, Morning Star晨星钉锤 or Military Pick军用战镐.
- A Mail Hauberk长锁甲 (150), Leather Scale Armor皮鳞甲 (140) (only houses with certain banners), Mail Shirt锁甲衫 (130) or Basic Mail Shirt简易锁甲衫 (115).
- Depending on the banner of their noble house:
- A Flat Top with Mail锁甲平顶盔 (230), Padded Flat Top Helmet厚衬平顶盔 (150), Flat Top Helmet平顶盔 (125) or Mail Coif锁甲头巾 (80).
- A Kettle Hat with Mail锁甲铁笠盔 (215), Padded Kettle Hat厚衬铁笠盔 (140), Kettle Hat铁笠盔 (115), or Mail Coif锁甲头巾 (80).
- A Nasal Helmet with Mail锁甲护鼻盔 (200), Padded Nasal Helmet厚衬护鼻盔 (130), Nasal Helmet护鼻盔 (105) or Mail Coif锁甲头巾 (80).
- A Kite Shield鸢形盾 or Heater Shield熨斗形盾.

Behavior
Footmen are frontline units, dedicated to defending more vulnerable Billmen钩镰枪兵 and Arbalesters劲弩手. They often use Shieldwall盾墙 to improve their own survivability, and can Rotate with allies to save them from danger.
Tips
- Low priority targets, but often the only available.
- They mostly rely on melee defense, which comes from their shield. Have good accuracy to hit them reliably.
- Armor piercing weapons kill them faster through their medium armor.
- Breaking their shields takes time, but does not require melee skill or Double Grip.
- Attack Footmen with Heater Shields with ranged weapons, and those with Kite Shields with melee weapons.
- When fighting on your side, they can rotate you into dangerous positions.
- Taunt挑衅 prevents them from shieldwalling, and forced movement cancels it.
